The Mighty Men of Valor’s vision of TOL will consistently honor the Lord Jesus Christ in all areas of their lives. The mission is to develop Biblical grounded men of faith who:
· Lead their families in worship
· Explore the Word of God in study
· Reach out to men in the community with the Gospel
· Help hold other men accountable to God’s standards
The Foundational Verse is to “Be on guard. Stand firm in the faith. Be courageous. Be strong. And do everything with love.” 1 Corinthians 16:13-14
31 Status Women’s Ministry at TOL is centered around Proverbs 31:31 and it exists to encourage women to worship our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ through the study and application of Scripture and the deepening of relationships with other women for fellowship and accountability. Our desire as a women’s ministry is to nurture the hearts of women to know God’s Word and follow faithfully after Christ demonstrating authenticity and love and serving as we are uniquely made. Furthermore, we desire to encourage women toward personal and spiritual maturity through the teaching and counsel from God's Word. Small group settings provide opportunities to engage in a deep and personal way. 31 Status Women will be offering short “pop up” Group Bible Studies throughout the year!

Project Reach’s mission is to be the heart behind everything we do. At Transformation of Life "we're all about people," our desire is to help create a culture of outreach where every individual or family can find a place to reach the lost and needy within our local and global community. Furthermore, to help all people get to know God for themselves.
Since man's fall in the Garden of Eden, God has been providing for the salvation of lost people (Gen. 3:21), substituting the death of His Son, Jesus Christ (Jn. 3:16). Even in the great tribulation of the end times God will repeatedly look for people to repent (Rev. 9:20-21; 16:9,11; 2 Pet. 3:9).
God’s heart is for those who are lost in a world of many obstacles; therefore, it should be our priority to do whatever it takes to reach them.
